Refund policy
We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping
We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels and/or cover the cost of your return unless the item was deemed to be a shipping error made by La Vie Louisiane directly. Return shipping costs are typically $10 or more depending on the shipper location, carrier used, and number of bags being returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send a request to info@lavielouisiane.net.
Order Cancellation
Orders that are canceled after leaving our facility will be charged for shipping fees we have incurred, even if your shipping was free on the order you placed. Once your order leaves our facility we are charged for shipping by our shipping company.
Incorrect Address
It is important to ensure that your address is input correctly during checkout. If your address is not valid, we will try our best to locate the correct shipping address. However, we are not responsible for refunding lost orders due to incorrect address.
Matching Order Weight
All shipped packages are weighed by our shipping providers. If you submit a claim that products from your order were not received, we will review the package weight to confirm whether all the products were shipped or not. If the package weight from our provider confirms that we accidentally missed products from your order, we will send you the remaining products. If the package weight shows that all products were shipped in the package, we will not send the remaining products, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
